How payment works: Our fee is deducted from your gross load revenue after you receive payment from the broker or shipper. You receive your check or direct deposit first — then remit our percentage. We accept Zelle, CashApp, and website payments only. No checks. A $25 late fee applies per load per billing cycle for overdue balances.

When exactly do I pay you?+
After you get paid. We invoice you after each load is delivered and payment clears. You never pay us before you receive your money from the broker.
Is there a setup fee or monthly retainer?+
No. Zero. No setup fees, no onboarding fees, no monthly subscription. You only ever pay the percentage of loads we book for you. If we don't book you a load, you pay nothing.
What if I'm a new carrier — when does my rate drop to 7%?+
We review your rate at the 6-month mark of your MC authority. Once you hit that milestone your rate drops to 7% standard. We track this for you automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Zelle, CashApp, and payments through our website. We do not accept checks. This keeps payments fast, trackable, and clean for both parties.
What is the late fee policy?+
A $25 one-time late fee applies per load per billing cycle for overdue balances. This is outlined clearly in your dispatch agreement before you sign anything.
