How payment works: Our fee is deducted from your gross load revenue after you receive payment from the broker or shipper. You receive your check or direct deposit first — then remit our percentage. All fees are invoiced through Stripe — pay by ACH bank transfer or card. Invoices are sent weekly. A $25 late fee applies per load per billing cycle for overdue balances.

Common Questions

When exactly do I pay you?+
After you get paid. We invoice you after each load is delivered and payment clears. You never pay us before you receive your money from the broker.
Is there a setup fee or monthly retainer?+
No. Zero. No setup fees, no onboarding fees, no monthly subscription. You only ever pay the percentage of loads we book for you. If we don't book you a load, you pay nothing.
Do new carriers pay more?+
No. Everyone pays the same 7%. New authorities are more work, not less — but you are not going to get charged extra for being new. One rate, everybody.
How do I pay you?+
Every fee is invoiced through Stripe. You can pay by ACH bank transfer or card, and you get a receipt and a full payment record automatically. Clean books for both of us.
What is the late fee policy?+
A $25 one-time late fee applies per load per billing cycle for overdue balances. This is outlined clearly in your dispatch agreement before you sign anything.
