Net 15–30 daysYes — we work with new carriers. Some brokers won't touch carriers under 6 months old, but we know exactly which ones do and we'll get your truck moving from day one. Your MC maturity date is just one factor — your equipment, lanes, and reliability matter more to us.
Yes — you need a business entity (LLC is strongly recommended) before we can set up your broker packets and start finding you loads. It protects your personal assets, looks professional to brokers, and keeps your taxes clean. Filing costs $50–$300 and takes about a week. It's the smartest first step you'll take.
Your USDOT number is your federal ID — it tracks your safety record and inspection history. Your MC (Motor Carrier) authority is what legally allows you to haul freight for hire across state lines. You need both. The DOT number is free; MC authority costs $300 to file and takes about 21 days to activate.
Once your MC authority is active and your truck is insured and ready, we can start finding you loads immediately. Typical timeline from application to first load is 1–5 business days depending on how quickly we get your paperwork set up. We move fast so you can start earning fast.
We're based in Houston, Texas with strong broker relationships throughout the South and Southeast — Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, the Carolinas, and the Midwest corridor. We run all 48 states but our strongest lanes come out of the Gulf Coast region. If you're in Texas or Louisiana, you're in our sweet spot.
